Participation rules

Timing

Your official start time is the moment the server accepts your START photo at Begumpet. Your official finish time is the moment the server accepts your FINISH photo at Hanuman Temple. Duration = finish − start, calculated by the server. Your phone clock is never used.

Retaking a photo cannot reset an accepted time. Only an organiser can authorise a retake, with a recorded reason.

Checkpoints

All nine checkpoints are mandatory and must be completed in order: Start, Gates 1–7, Hanuman Temple.

Keep location ON. If your location is weak, move to an open area and try again. If the QR code is displayed at a gate, scan it.

Finish video

At Hanuman Temple record a 10–60 second video (limits set by organisers). The video does not add to your time, but you remain "Pending verification" until it is uploaded and checked.

No signal?

Gate photos taken without signal are saved on your phone and uploaded later. They get their official time when they reach the server and are reviewed by organisers. The START photo needs signal.

Fair play

Using vehicles, sharing QR codes, faking location or someone else trekking for you leads to disqualification. Organisers may review any attempt and their decision is final.

Safety

Trek at your own pace, carry water, stay on the path and follow marshals. Your safety matters more than your time.
