Participant guide

1. Before the event

Open this website on your phone (no app needed). Tap REGISTER NOW, enter your mobile number and the OTP, fill in your details. Note your participant ID (e.g. RK-00012).

Tip: add the site to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, menu → Install app on Android).

2. At Begumpet (start)

Open My Trek. Allow camera and location when asked. Wait until the location box is green. Tap Open camera, take your photo, check it, and tap Submit photo. When you see the official time, your clock has started.

3. At each gate

The next gate unlocks automatically. At the gate, scan the QR code if there is one, then take and submit your photo. If it says you are too far, walk closer to the gate sign and try again.

4. At Hanuman Temple

Submit the finish photo — your clock stops. Then record a short video (or choose one) and upload it. You can upload later if the network is poor, before the deadline shown.

5. Share

Download your achievement card, copy the caption and share on Instagram (tag @kakavamsigaddam) and X (@vkgaddam) with #HiVamsiItsMe. Paste your post link back into the app if you like.

Problems?

No signal: keep going — photos are saved and upload later. Camera does not open: use the "Take photo" button below the message to use your phone camera. Ask any marshal for help.
